I have always combined academic work with legal practice, driven by the belief that rigorous legal thinking must be matched by the ability to offer effective, business-oriented solutions.
I have developed extensive experience in corporate law, advising listed companies, multinational groups, and SMEs across the full spectrum of their corporate lifecycle; from formation and governance to extraordinary transactions.
My work includes the drafting of articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance frameworks, as well as ongoing support to boards of directors and supervisory bodies. I have authored legal opinions on particularly complex corporate law issues, especially in areas marked by legal uncertainty or lack of precedent.
In addition to my advisory work, I have gained significant experience in litigation, representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes before domestic and international courts and arbitral tribunals. I regularly assist in pre-litigation phases, complex negotiations, and the management of cross-border contentious matters.
In the field of arbitration, I have served in all major roles (arbitrator, president of the tribunal, secretary, and counsel) in both domestic and international proceedings. I am particularly experienced in handling high-stakes commercial arbitrations involving multiple jurisdictions, regulatory systems, and institutional rules.
I also have deep expertise in national and international contract law, supporting companies and investors in negotiating and structuring commercial agreements, joint ventures, M&A transactions, and other cross-border projects, as well as in real estate transactions.
