A brief summary of my curriculum vitae
In developing my professional, academic, and scientific path, I have sought to combine theoretical and practical approaches, with a focus on both Italian law and the international dimension.
Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the School of Law of the University of Florence - Tuscany since 2022, in 2023 I obtained the National Scientific Qualification for the position of Full Professor.
I teach International Business Law, Commercial Law, and Banking and Financial Markets Law at the School of Law of the University of Florence - Tuscany.
In 2013, I earned my Ph.D. in Domestic and International Business Law from the Catholic University of Milan.
In 2008 I graduated magna cum laude in Law from the University of Florence - Tuscany.
In 2011, I was awarded the Freshfields Brueckhaus Deringer Prize for the best graduate in Law.
I have conducted extensive research at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich and I carried out a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
I have served as a Visiting Professor at Mackenzie University in São Paulo (2024) and at FGV Law School (2025).
